Decent math classes, small hiccup

We tried the mental math classes for my daughter. The content was good and she seemed to improve her speed. The instructor was patient and explained things clearly. Scheduling the initial demo was easy enough. My only minor issue was that sometimes the class link wasn't immediately visible in the student portal right before a session, which caused a bit of a scramble once or twice. But a quick refresh usually fixed it. Overall, good value for the price and solid instruction.

Great AI class for my son

My son enrolled in the 'Artificial Intelligence for Kids' class. The registration process was pretty straightforward after the free demo. The instructor was really engaging, explaining complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way for kids. The online platform itself was stable during sessions, which is always a concern with live classes. We didn't need to contact support, but the initial demo booking was smooth. He enjoyed the projects and seemed to grasp the concepts well. Delivery is instant, of course, as it's online. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the instruction and content provided.

My daughter loves her coding classes!

My daughter just finished her 'Python for Kids' course and she absolutely loved it! She talks about her projects non-stop and is already asking for the next one. The instructor was fantastic and made learning so much fun. We'll definitely be enrolling her in more classes and telling all our friends about Codeyoung!

Reliable for coding lessons

We've used Codeyoung for coding classes multiple times now. My oldest did web development before, and this time my younger one did a game development class. Each experience has been consistent. The teachers are always knowledgeable, and the platform works without issues. It's why we keep coming back; they're reliable.

So, my two kids are both interested in coding. Do they offer any kind of discount if I sign up both of them?

T Thomas Robinson 1 month ago
They do offer sibling discounts! I'd mention it when you're talking to their sales rep after the demo.

I think I saw something about a sibling discount on their site or in some of the info they sent me. Definitely ask, it's worth it.

Thinking of signing up for a year. Are there any coupon codes or special offers for annual plans?

E Eric Campbell 6 days ago
Usually, signing up for longer plans like annual ones gets you a better rate. You won't find like 'coupon codes' floating around easily, but ask their sales team after the demo for annual plan savings.

L Linda Flores 4 days ago
Yeah, I got a better deal by committing to a longer package. They usually offer those directly, rather than public coupon codes.

My kid is 6. Is that too young for their coding classes? Wondering if they have stuff for really little ones.

M Mark 1 week ago
They cater to K-12, so 6 is definitely in their age range. They have block-based coding which is great for younger kids.

My younger cousin started with them around that age, doing Scratch. They make it pretty accessible for little kids, so no worries there.

Is there a free trial class or something similar? Wanna see if my kid actually likes it before committing to anything.

D Daniel Torres 2 weeks ago
Yep, they definitely have a free demo class. That's how we started, it's pretty easy to book on their site.

Yeah, the free demo is their big thing. It's basically how they get you in the door, so make sure to take advantage of it to see if it's a good fit.

Hey, thinking about signing up my kid. Are the classes usually one-on-one or are they group sessions? Trying to figure out what kind of attention they'd get.

S Stephanie Moore 2 weeks ago
They offer both! You can do one-on-one for more personalized stuff, or there are small group classes too. Depends on what you're looking for.

M Melissa Miller 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I think they mostly push the one-on-one during the demo, but you can definitely ask about group options. My niece did a small group coding thing and liked it.
